1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services between RAY AG and our customers, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2 Conclusion of contract

Contracts are concluded by our written order confirmation or by execution of the delivery or service. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding.

3 Delivery and performance

Delivery shall be made on the agreed dates. We accept no liability for delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Partial deliveries are permitted.

4 Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT and shipping. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing without deduction.

5 Warranty

We guarantee that our products and services are free from manufacturing defects. Claims for defects shall become time-barred 12 months after the date of delivery or provision of the service.

6 Liability

Our liability for slight negligence, with the exception of personal injury, is excluded. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the products.

7 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. The customer is obliged to treat the goods with care during the retention of title.

8 Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.

9 Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the intended purpose.
